How can I get brochures?
Agents: These can be found under the forms section of your agent page, or you can contact your GA for customized materials.
GAs: Please log into your GA dashboard, go to Marketing Library and click on Brochures. Each brochure can be personalized with contact information and logos.
What are the most current rates?

How can I look for in-network dentists?
With over 140,000 dental locations nationwide, the Maximum Care Network can help you save up to 50% on routine and major dental procedures, in addition to helping you manage your annual maximums. Search providers at

. This option is not available in the NY counties of Chenango, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Livingston, Tioga and Yates. Also not available in the states of ID, NJ, VT or WA. Security Life and Security Health will be held harmless in the event that the provider network does not have the appropriate state licensure or that the provider does not honor the network’s discount.
What is the difference between GemStar and Premier Choice?
Premier Choice is a custom underwritten product with maximum flexibility and five lines of coverage: dental, vision, life, short-term disability and long-term disability. GemStar is a brochure rated turn-key dental and vision product.
