Premier Choice dental plans allow employers to choose from indemnity or PPO plans utilizing the DenteMax Network, offer credit for prior coverage and have a wide selection of deductibles from $0 to $100 per person. Deductibles are waived for preventive care and Premier Choice dental plans automatically include access to the VSP Discount Program.

Premier Choice AD&D coverage includes popularly requested benefits such as seat belt/air bags, public transportation, education, repatriation, brain damage, common accident, felonious assault and coma benefits. Premier Choice also features a two year rate guarantee and an accelerated death benefit.
